How
We Process Your Order
We don't just file it and forget it like other services.
We utilize a complete step-by-step process to make
sure
your documents are filed right.

see how it will be processed:
Corporation
or LLC Formation Orders
1. After
reviewing/submitting an order you will receive an automatic
e-mail confirmation and Order number.
2. If
payment has been received, we'll begin processing your
order on the Next Business Day or the Same Day if
received by Noon.
3. We
review your order for spelling, statute compliance
and accuracy.
4. If
there are any issues about your order that need to
be resolved we will contact you, otherwise we will
process payment and begin working on your order.
5. Once
payment is processed, you will have access to the "My
Account" section of our site so you can instantly
download The New
Corporation Handbook or The
New LLC Handbook, track your order, view a complete
State-Specific Startup Checklist (includes links to
all the government agencies in your State) and much
more!
6. We
check the company name for availability with the State
(if your name choices are not available we will contact
you for new choices).
7. Once
the name has been cleared we will prepare your business
formation documents and forward them to the State filing
office. If your signature is required, we will
then forward the documents to you with prepaid envelopes
for you to forward directly to the State.
We will also send you a confirmation email stating
that we have sent the filing to the State and what
you should expect next.
8. Please
make sure you are aware of your State's Average Processing
Time (on Step 1 of our Order Forms) before ordering.
This time estimate is the time required for the State
to receive, review, file and return the documents to
our office and is based on our experience with that
State.
Please Note: this is how long ALL other services,
lawyers, etc. will take: the state processes
filings in the order they are received. Some
of our competitors claim they can file faster than
the state's average processing time which is not to
be believed.
9. We
check on the status of your filing at least weekly
(usually more) to ensure proper processing by the State.
We will put the result of these status checks in the "Order
Status" section of the "My
Account" area for you to review. We will
also notify you via email the same day we receive
your filing back from the State.
10. On
the next business day after receiving your filed paperwork,
we will:
- Scan your filed documents for you to immediately
access them from the "My
Account" area of our website.
- Complete your order and ship it to you via your
chosen shipping method. This includes preparing personalized
Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Prepared Federal Tax
ID's, etc. Also, we will order any additional products/services
at this time (Corporate/LLC kits, Online Credit Builder,
Quickrecords, etc.).
What You Will Receive From Us When Your Order
is Complete We send you our "Welcome Kit" that
includes the following:
- Welcome Letter
- Instructions for Downloading our FREE forms,
resolutions, etc.
- Startup Checklist
- Filed Business Formation Paperwork
- Organizational Minutes and Instructions
- Personalized Corporate Bylaws or Operating Agreement.
- Other
Optional Products you have ordered: Prepared
FEIN, S-Corp Election, etc.
Simply follow the step-by-step startup checklist we
have provided to properly complete the setup of your
new company!
Important Notes:
- Federal
Tax ID's (FEIN) require the company to be officially
filed by the state before the IRS
will issue them. If you utilize our FEIN Preparation
service, we will show you how to obtain your FEIN
instantly
once your filing has been accepted by the state.
- You should not utilize a company name until
it has been officially filed by the state.
- Make sure that you submit 2 name choices and
that they are different, not simply the same name
with a different ending (i.e. ABC Inc. is considered
the same
as ABC Corporation).
- Corporate and LLC Kits
ship separately from
the Welcome Kit via FedEx 3-5 Day Ground Shipping.

state, we'll make sure your chosen name is available (if
your name choices are not available we will contact you

new choices).
4. If there
are any issues about your order that need to be resolved
we will contact you, otherwise we will begin working on
your order.
5. Once payment
is processed, you will have access to the "My
Account" section of our site so you can instantly
download our handbooks, track your order, view our checklists
(includes links to all the government agencies in your
State) and more.
6. We will
prepare your documents and forward them
to the State filing office. If
your signature is required, we will then forward the documents
to you with prepaid envelopes for you to forward directly
to the State.
We will also send you a confirmation email stating that
we have sent the filing to the State and what you should
expect next including the estimated filing time.
7. We check
on the status of your filing at least weekly (usually more)
to ensure proper processing by the State. We will put the
result of these status checks in the "Order Status" section
of the "My Account" area
for you to review. We will also notify you via email
the same day we receive your filing back from the
State.
8. On the
next business day after receiving your filed paperwork,
we will:
- Scan your filed documents for you to immediately access
them from the "My Account" area
of our website.
- Complete your order and ship it to you via your chosen
shipping method.
New
Registered Agent Service
After ordering and providing payment, we'll provide you
with the correct Registered Agent name and address in each
selected state to place on your state documents. If a signature
is required, we will provide them
via
fax, scanner or mail.
Corporate
Kits, CD's and Other Physical Goods.
Corporate Kits ship on the Next Business Day via FedEx
Ground (3-5 day) shipping. All other physical goods ship
on the Next Business Day via your chosen method.
QuickRecords
and the Online Business Credit Builder
If you have ordered these products with a filing (like
an LLC Formation or Amendment), then we will setup your
accounts the day we receive your completed filing back from
the state (this gives you the most amount of paid time to
utilize the service).
If you have ordered them individually, we'll setup these
services for you on the Next Business Day and you'll receive
welcome e-mails that show you how to login to your account
for each service. |
